Online Safety Policy

We promote the safe and respectful use of technology for all students. This policy covers online behaviour, digital awareness, privacy, and responsible device use. It explains how we monitor programme devices, prevent online bullying, and handle incidents appropriately.

Safeguarding Policy

Student welfare is our top priority. This policy outlines how we protect young people from harm through safe recruitment, staff training, supervision, and clear reporting routes. It covers child protection procedures, recognising abuse, prevent duty, and how concerns are managed promptly and confidentially.

Complaints Policy

We take all feedback and concerns seriously. This policy explains our three-stage process for handling complaints fairly — from informal resolution to formal review and appeal. It also protects whistleblowers who raise genuine concerns, ensuring transparency and accountability.
